GENERAL CONDITIONS - USE OF THE ONLINE TICKETING SERVICE
The ArtWork Online Ticket Office is the platform for the supply of ticketing services that allow access to attractions, exhibitions, cultural or entertainment events approved by ArtWork social cooperative.
Pursuant to and by effect of art. 49 of the Consumer Code, we inform you that the service provider and platform owner is the limited liability social cooperative
ArtWork based in Piazza Mazzini n. 64, 73100 Lecce, C.E/PIVA/05002510757 ("ArtWork" or "Supplier").
The general conditions of the contract are specified below ("General Contract Conditions") which regulate the online Ticket Service (Ticket Office), whose acceptance by the Customer (as defined below) is an essential condition for the Customer to be able to validly use the Ticket Office.
The General Contract Conditions govern the relations between the Customer and ArtWork in the use of the Ticket Office.

1. DEFINITIONS
Customer: is the person who uses the Ticket Office to purchase one or more Tickets.
Consumer Code: it is the Legislative Decree 6 October 2005 n.206 and subsequent amendments Service Contract: is the contract established between ArtWork and the Customer for the provision of the online Ticket Service and for the use of the same by the Customer.
Pre-sale right: it is the possible increase applied by the Customer in case of presale of the Ticket. It is an integral part of
Facial Price of the Ticket purchased by the Visitor and is indicated on the Ticket separately from the Nominal Value of the
Tickets. It is billed directly by the Customer to the Visitor. Facial Price: this is the price made up of the Nominal Value plus any Presale Right and is shown on the Ticket.
Online Ticket Service (Ticket Office): is the set of services for booking, issuing and making the Ticket available to the Customer through the ArtWork sales network.
Visitor (Ticket Holder): is the person who legitimately holds a Ticket in compliance with these General Terms and Conditions.
Ticket: is the document, also in digital format, with tax value, purchased by the Customer through the Service
Online ticket office which authorizes the Visitor to access the Sites.
The Ticket is strictly personal and cannot be sold for consideration nor can it be the object of intermediation, in compliance with the mandatory tax legislation (decree 07/23/2001 and subsequent amendments). Tickets cannot be replaced if they are lost, deteriorated, damaged,
destroyed or have been stolen.
Nominal Value: is the price of the Ticket net of the Presale Right.
2. PURPOSE OF THE ONLINE TICKETING SERVICE
These General Contract Conditions govern the supply and use of the online Ticket Office and, therefore, the supply of Ticket sales services to the Customer.
3. PURCHASE AND SELLING PRICE
The purchase of the Ticket must be made by persons of legal age. The system does not allow the online purchase transaction to be concluded by customers under the age of 16.
Tickets with scheduled shifts can be purchased within two hours before the chosen time.
The total price due by the Customer for the Ticket is specified immediately before the purchase and the Customer must accept it by completing the purchase.
4. CANCELLATION OF PURCHASE FOR FAILURE CONCLUSION OF THE TRANSACTION
The purchase of the Ticket must be made within the processing time set by the system.
After this time without the Customer having paid for the Ticket, the relative reservation will be canceled.
5. PAYMENT METHODS - CONCLUSION OF THE PURCHASE - INVOICING
The Ticket payment method is indicated on the sales page and is also indicated immediately before payment (credit card, prepaid credit).
With the payment the Customer accepts these Conditions Contract Generals.
The Sales Contract will be considered concluded upon receipt of the e-mail communication of the purchase and after the payment was successful
end.
Shortly after, the Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the purchase made, with possible specification of the scheduled shift, the nominal value and the pre-sale right.
ArtWork declines all responsibility for the non-delivery of the confirmation e-mail within the aforementioned terms, where the relative delivery was not made possible due to the insertion by the Customer of incorrect or invalid data in the online request form for Customer's personal data.
The Customer can always search for the purchase made using the "Order Search" option and by entering the order number.
ArtWork reserves the right to apply, for security reasons, limitations and exclusions to the payment instruments that can be used by the Customer for payment.
6. SECURITY
To guarantee maximum security, online purchase transactions with the Ticket Service are carried out via secure servers, with GoDaddy certification, which adopts the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protection system, according to which ArtWork is never accessed knowledge of the codes used by the Customer to activate their card, but receives exclusively from the third party manager of the electronic payment platform a receipt number confirming the successful conclusion of the transaction.
7. METHOD OF DELIVERY OF THE TICKET
The customer has the possibility to choose between:
• send the Ticket, in pdf format, to the Visitor by email or other communication system;
• print and deliver the Ticket, in paper format.
8. EXCLUSION OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 59, paragraph 1 letter n) of the Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal pursuant articles is not applicable to transactions carried out through the online Ticket Service. The Consumer, in fact, acknowledges that since the ArtWork Service Contract and the Sales Contract relate to the products and services relating to leisure time to be supplied on a specific date or period of execution, the right of withdrawal of referred to in art. 52 of the Consumer Code. Furthermore, the ArtWork Service Contract relates to a service, the online Ticket Service, which the Customer uses at the time of purchase.
In no case will ArtWork refund the Face Price of the Tickets or any Pre-Sale Right, in the event of renunciation by the Customer or visitor to access the Sites.
9. LIMITATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS THAT PREVENT ACCESS TO THE SITES
ArtWork cannot be held responsible in any way for any limitations and/or restrictions on access to the Sites and it is recommended to always and in any case check the characteristics of the Sites, communications and specific information.
Furthermore, ArtWork cannot be held responsible for any inconvenience or disservice suffered by the Customer due to facts belong to third parties.
10. ACCESS TO THE ONLINE TICKETING SERVICE
In order to access and use the online Ticket Service, the Customer is required to:
a) accept in all its parts these General Conditions of Contract;
b) complete the on-line request form for the personal data of the Customer, authorizing the related treatment by ArtWork, in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
By accepting these General Contract Conditions, the Customer undertakes to keep his registration data constantly updated and guarantees that they are valid, true, accurate and correct and do not violate the rights of third parties.
In any case, ArtWork reserves the right to allow access to the online Ticket Service at any time exclusively to Customers who have previously successfully completed a registration procedure.
In this case, upon completion of the registration procedure the Customer will receive an identification name ("Login") and a personal access password ("Password"). The Login and Password are personal, cannot be used from two workstations at the same time and cannot be transferred or assigned to third parties. The Customer will be entirely responsible for all operations carried out using their Login and Password and it will therefore be the Customer's obligation to keep these data strictly confidential and secret, immediately notifying ArtWork in the event of their use without the Customer's authorisation.
ArtWork cannot be held responsible in any way for any incorrect or illegitimate use of Login and Password made by the Customer or by any third party where this does not depend on its fault.
ArtWork also reserves the right to prevent a customer from accessing the online Ticket Service as well as to interrupt the operation of his Login and Password immediately and without notice in the event that it considers that there is a substantial violation of the provisions of these General Terms and Conditions, in particular if it ascertains that:
1. the Customer's data are not correct also due to a failure to update them by the Customer;
2. responsibilities related to the unlawful use of Logins and Passwords;
3. in case of distorted use or for illicit purposes of the Service Online ticketing by the customer.

All requests will receive a response within approximately 24 hours of receipt, the service is active from Monday to Friday from 9.00 to 18.00.
User comments are always very useful, as they are an important moment of comparison which allows us to offer a service that increasingly corresponds to the needs of users.
12. JURISDICTION
For any dispute relating to the validity, interpretation, execution and/or termination of legally relevant acts related to the online Ticket Service contract, they will be devolved to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Court of Lecce.
